That’s why our 'Kickstart' programme is designed to take you through the process step by step, to ensure that this time you get the results you want, with trainer led sessions to ensure you enjoy your workouts and achieve the maximum benefits.

Step 1: We measure your starting point with gentle fitness and strength tests, alongside body measurements

Step 2: You then enjoy trainer led workouts twice a week for 4 weeks - all you have to do is show up!

Step 3: We then re-peat the original tests after 4 weeks to show you all the progress you've made in such a short space of time!
