Our pilates is a private class, we run this on limited numbers so you get a real benefit throughout the course. Pilates is a great way to improve on balance, and flexibility with no impact, making it an excellent practice for people with injuries, mobility and flexibility issues.

Every Tuesday at 11.30 This class is a fun social club for the over 65’s
Classes are focused on improving cardio, balance, strength, and overall mobility, throughout a fun mixed circuit all individual needs are catered for.
That also includes a friendly get together after the class with a well earned Tea and occasional cake!!!
