In your free initial consultation we go through a lifestyle & health questionnaire in person at our gyms (Abingdon, Alton or Fleet), to ensure our programme will work for you. No you are not tied into a contract with this programme. 

I have loads of health issues, would this programme still be suitable? 

We can adapt the workouts to suit any individual's needs. Although you are training in a group setting, the exercises will be structured on a personalised basis.

I've never been in a gym before and I'm really nervous. Can you help?

Of course! We completely understand that stepping into a gym for the first time can be intimidating. With our programme you are not just 'left to get on with it. Each workout is led by a highly trained instructor so you will have support and guidance on tap!
